# 个人实名认证

个人实名认证通过支付宝完成人脸识别核验。免费套餐用户需完成认证才能继续使用，所有用户在付费前均需完成认证。

## 完成个人实名认证

1. 登录 [StepFun 开放平台](https://platform.stepfun.com/)。
2. 在页面右上角的 **用户中心** 菜单中，选择 **账户管理**，进入[开放平台控制台](https://platform.stepfun.com/account-info)。
3. 在控制台左侧导航栏中，选择 **账户管理 > 账户信息**。
4. 在**账号设置**一行点击**前往设置**。
5. 在**实名认证**一行点击**认证**。
6. 选择**个人实名认证**。
7. 填写本人姓名和身份证号码。
8. 点击**开始认证**。
9. 使用手机支付宝扫描二维码，按支付宝提示完成人脸识别。
10. 返回开放平台。
11. 点击**已完成刷脸认证**查看认证结果。

认证通过后，用户中心的**实名认证**一行显示为**已实名认证**。认证失败、次数限制等问题请参阅[常见问题](/docs/zh/faq/common-questions)。
